Our Lady of Lourdes Parish

Starting on April 27th and continuing on Wednesday evenings for the following 6 weeks there will be discussion of Francis’ encyclical, Laudato Si’ at Our Lady of Lourdes, in the Library, 7:00 – 8:15 pm.

The first week will include an introduction to the encyclical, an opportunity for participants to share their most favoured memory of Francis’ words and actions to date, and a screening of Salt & Light’s 30-minute Creation video, which features Francis’ approach to environmental issues.

In the following 6 weeks we will consider each of the 6 chapters of the encyclical.  Participants will be invited to identify aspects of the chapter under discussion which they felt were particularly compelling.
